He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Ramsey and Ruby Welch Ramsey; his wife Debra Thigpen; his daughters, Amanda Smith (Richard) of Clarendon and Brandi Bowers (Nick) of Forrest City; his goddaughter Kaitlin Christine Thigpen of Palestine; his siblings, Don (Paulette Ramsey) and Dorothy Fredrick of Paragould; and his grandchildren, Jake Henry Bowers and Faith Ann Lewis.
