He was predeceased by : his father Robert Smith. He is survived by : his mother Hazel Crumbly Smith (Linda White Smith) of Forrest City, AR; his children, Gary White of Forney, TX, Brian Smith of Hampton, VA. and Nicole Smith of Searcy, AR; and his siblings, Danny Smith of Forrest City and Robbie Allen of Bryant, AR. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
