He is survived by: his wife Juliet Williams; his sons, Joe Ingram, Gerald Williams, Herman Williams III, Leodis Williams II and Theodis Williams; and his siblings, Cornelius Williams, Elsie Lee Williams, Timothy Williams and Deloris Williams-Stewart. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
