She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Coleman Duncan and Mildred Deese Duncan; her husband Philex Baldwin; her children, Sharon Baldwin Phillips, Felix Lorrley Baldwin and Ronald Gene Baldwin (Ronnie); and her siblings, Therald Dean Duncan, Carletta Phillips, Bethline Hensley and Josephine Bacci.
She is survived by: her brother Garnet Carl "Bud" Duncan of Sacramento, California; her grandchildren, Larry Rushing, Steven Baldwin, Janet Raines, Vickie Loftis, Ronald Gene Baldwin Jr. (Bo), Michael Rushing, Barry Baldwin, Brittany Rodgers, Elizabeth Caprood and Emily Breault; and her daughters-in-law, Martha Gahr Baldwin, Tarri Greenough Baldwin and Tanya Kinman Baldwin. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cogbill Cemetery.
