He was predeceased by: his sister Martha Fogelman (Bobby). He is survived by: his wife LuLynne Hicky; his children, Philip Hicky III (Wendy) and Lindsey Huttenbauer (Sam); his grandchildren, Brenner Hicky, Porter Hicky, Samuel Huttenbauer IV and Annabelle Huttenbauer; and his sister Maryanne Macdonald (Don).
