He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Taylor Billingsley and Geraldine Billingsley; his former spouse Billie Jean Stockton; his spouse Francis Kirk; his son Gary Billingsley (Staci) of Colt; his stepson Steven Kirk (Debra) of Azle; his daughter Dena Clark (Myron) of Forrest City; his stepdaughters, Lisa Kirk of Maine and Shannon Davis (Wane) of Wynne; his siblings, Bob Billingsley of Rogers, Raymond Billingsley of Corinth, Carol Ramsey of Springdale and Billie Price of SaraSota; his son-in-law Charles Ramsey of Forrest City; his grandchildren, Sawyer Ramsey (Jennifer), Logan Brasfield (Cory), Katie Wright (Tanner), Garritt Clark (Alex), Taylor Sparks (Clint) and Mason Busby; his great grandchildren, Wilson Reeves, Olivia Reeves, Camden Brasfield, Clarke Brasfield, Bradley Clark and Scottie Lucille Wright; and his grandson John Mark Billingsley. He was also cherished by nine step-grandchildren.
