She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Lewis and Rosie Lewis; her husband Edward I. McBay; her son Larry J. Lewis; and her siblings, Ida Mae Thomas, Rosa Sims, Oliver Lewis and Levi Lewis Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Lana Morgan, Patricia Massey (Joe), Shelia Lyons, Ella Walters, Reginald Robbins, Edward L McBay and Edmond McBay. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A reception will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Baptist Church (104 Clark Ave, Pocola, OK 74902).
