She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wulf and Margaret Wulf (Jarue); her husband D. J. Kelsey; her sons, David Kelsey and Roger Kelsey; and her siblings, Leona, Martha, Charles and Marvin.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Kelsey (Cheryl) of Gans, Oklahoma and James Kelsey (Chasity) of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and her daughter-in-law Linda Kelsey of Cromwell, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and friends.
