He was predeceased by: his parents, John Balandran and Stella Balandran; and his brothers, Lawrence Balandran and Thomas Balandran. He is survived by: his wife Starla Taylor; his children, Augustine Balandran of California, Yvette Perry of Oregon and Alexander Balandran of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Allison, Katie, Ryan, Michael, Jacob, Picassa and Edie; and his siblings, Sadie, Jessie, Sarah, Rosie and Cathy. He is also survived by his goddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
