She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Ewing and Dorothy Ewing; her son William Jay; her granddaughter Julianna Nicole; and her husband William John.
She is survived by: her children, Pete, Karen Joiner and Russell Gibson; her grandchildren, Jayme, Cody Copher, Travis, Amy Joiner, Michael, Ginger Joiner, Ashleigh, William Buckley, Lauren, Jeff Gould, Matt Gibson and Evan Gibson; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Avery, Lily Copher, Maddy, Mason Joiner, Haden Judkins, Tucker, Berkley Thompson, Caroline Joiner, Will, Ben Buckley, Scottie, Isla Gould and Aspen Gibson.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (2100 Cavanaugh Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72908). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
