He is survived by: his wife Laura Ann Sherrill Daly; his children, Katrina Nelson, Bill Daly and Amy Daly; his daughter-in-law Jane; his granddaughters, Isabel and CJ Daly; and his children, Ben Jr. and Andria. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
