He is survived by: his significant other Connie Shryer; his children, Michele Roy, Billie Thompson and Douglas Thompson; and his sister Donna Partain. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and, twelve great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Ocker Putman Funeral Home (4500 Jenny Lind Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A burial was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at the Oak Cemetery (1401 S Greenwood Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
