He is survived by: his wife Mary Atkins (McKenzie); his son Cody Pettigrew (Michelle) of Texarkana; his siblings, Jerry Russell of Oklahoma, Vickie Crossland of New Mexico and Keith Atkins of Texas; his grandchildren, Sarah Morgan, Taylor Ralston, Katie Hawkins, Alexis Vinci, Jayci Pettigrew, Cayden Pettigrew and Braxton Pettigrew; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Levi Morgan, Avery and Gage Vinci.
