He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lieutenant Colonel Robert Sell and Edith Legler Sell; his wife Connie; his siblings, Jim Sell and Mary-Lynn Corradi; his nieces, Jocelyn Foye and Katie Schirl; his children, Bill Sell, Michael Sell and Mary Ann Elkin; and his grandchildren, Camden, Sierra, Ashlee, Henry, Ethan and Callie.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
