He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald James and Patricia James (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy James (Mayhall); his daughter Nikita Thomas-James; his siblings, Sissy Files, Frank and Gerald James; his grandchildren, Brittney Brown (Dylan), Daniel Thomas (Renee), Jaycee Weaver (Brandon), Caden Cook (Madison), Erin Jordan (Harley), Natalie and Alyssa Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Summer, Kayleigh Smith, Gage Hollan, Braylee Brown, CeeCee Cook, Rowan and Ridge Jordan.
