He was predeceased by: his parents, Berneice Smith (Davis) and Jesse Smith; his siblings, Billy Ray Smith and Sharol Douglas; his nephew Jesse Douglas; and his siblings, Linda "Kay" Graham and Sam Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Ann Smith of Fort Smith, Arkansas. and Ricky Smith of Fort Smith, Arkansas.; and his sister-in-law Rose Smith.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Rowell-Parish Mortuary Chapel (611 N 9th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
