He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonna Belle Johnson Cotner (Cleve Cotner) and William Fowler; and his brother Lindy Cotner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fowler; his daughter Robyn Fowler; his nieces, Julie McDevitt (Mac) and Mara Thomas (Larry); his nephew Doug Douglas (Jenn); and his sister-in-law Jo Ella Lewison. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
