He was predeceased by: his father Steve Carter. He is survived by: his mother Pam Carter (Cagle); his brother Chris Carter (Tama); his nieces, Kalyn Carter (Cody Shore) and Mattie Winfield (Josh); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Greyson Brodersen, Carter Winfield, Riley Reese Shore and Elizabeth Belle Winfield.
