He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Pierce and Ollie Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Freda Pierce; his daughter Meissa Coats; his grandsons, Kyle Self and Kevin Coats; his sister Lola Daniels; and his nephews, Bobby and David Daniels.
