He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Carl Velte Jr. (Debbi); his brothers, Charlie Velte and Gail Velte; his granddaughters, Michelle Stovall (Lee) and Carrie King (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Nicholas Friend, Ethan Stovall, Luke Stovall, John-Michael Stovall and Sebastian King.
