He was predeceased by: his parents, A. B. Goins and Shirley Goins (Bates). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Goins (Harlan); his daughters, Cheryl Hilliard (Michael) of Oklahoma City and Kristi Kastenbaum (David) of Phoenix, Arizona; his siblings, Neita Banks of Fort Smith and Robert Goins of Hackett; and his grandchildren, Lauren Hilliard and Eli Kastenbaum.
