Though Carolyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carolyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Finas Jess Toon and Lois Irene Robbins Toon; her sister Nancy Katherine Toon Lovelady; her children, David Lee, Connie Sue and Steven Dale; and her great grandchild Corrigan Lee Croy. She was also cherished by her cousins or visiting grandparents and great-grandparents.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ocker Memorial Chapel (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Roselawn Cemetery (5403 N O St, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ocker Memorial Chapel (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956).
