He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. L. Garner and Martha Bell Reed Garner; his wife Evelyn Lee Hulett Garner; and his son Mark Garner. He is survived by: his sons, Randall (Debbie) of Hermitage, TN and Russell (Gena) of Pensacola; his daughter-in-law Melanie Garner of Ft. Smith, AR.; his grandchildren, Kyle (Penny) of Hot, Chad (Sara) of Hermitage, TN, Mathew (Emilee) of Fort Smith, AR and Zachary of Fort Smith, AR.; his great grandchildren, Devan Garner of Hot Springs, AR, Eagan Garner of Hermitage, TN, Henry Garner and Hadlee Garner; and his significant other Onada Ames of Mt. Juliet, TN..
