He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe, Reba Knapp and Don Dewey. He is survived by: his parents, Curtis Neal (Patty Knapp) and Donna Sue Knapp (Keith Hatton); his stepfather Larry Schantz (Tenna) of Decatur, Texas; his daughters, Nola Knapp and Davy Knapp of Austin, Texas; his siblings, Curtis (Jordan Knapp) of Collinsville, Chance Knapp of Newcastle, Christine Schantz of Krugerville and Makenzie (Cody Elliott) of Norman; and his grandmother Diane Dewey of Blanchard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
