He is survived by: his daughter Laurie; his wife Lillie Lucille Bell; his daughters, Debora Foor of Dover, Laura Bell-Burkett (Craig) of Dover, Patti Donophan (Carl) of Dover and Cindy Rust of Milford; his grandson Michael Miller; his sister Carol Ann Harmon of Las Vegas; his nephew Curtis; his niece Kari; his sister-in-law Sybil Kindig of Memphis; and his nieces, Cindy Higginbottom of Dallas, Glenda Gore of Nashville, Patricia Hill of Memphis and Terri Wilson of Panama City, Florida.. He is also survived by his daughters' nine children, 14 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
