He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Toon and Ruby Toon (Randolph); and his sisters, Wanda Hickman and Carole Overstreet. He is survived by: his wife Dottie (Ruth); his daughter Kimberly (Greg Holden) of Red Lion, PA; his granddaughter Lexie Holden of Arlington, VA.; his sister Kathy Buzbee (Terry) of Fort Smith; and his sister-in-law Nancy Ruth of Temple, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
