She was predeceased by: her husband Cang Van Phan. She is survived by: her children, Linh Phan (Ha Doan), Le Phan (Thuy Tran), Hanh (Rick Munson), Mike France of Ft. Smith, AR, Phuoc (Shari Phan), Phu (Gayla Phan) and Trung Phan (Thanh Le). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
