She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Perkowski and Shirley Durgan Perkowski; her husband George Earle Sullivan, III; and her daughter Denise Lynn Marrazzo. She is survived by: her children, George Earle Sullivan, IV, Terry Johnson of Enterprise, AL and Marty Gilbert of Barling, AR; and her grandchildren, Eugene Singleterry, Chloe Sullivan, Annalise Singleterry, Timothy Johnson, Nataschia Johnson, Robert Johnson, Stephanie Uselton, Sharee Chapman, Brooke Moore and Shawn Marrazzo. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
