It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Elizabeth Loarca (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Brown Sr. and Rita Fay Brown (Brumley); her siblings, Terry and Crystal; and her great-nieces, Paisley and Tinslee.
She is survived by: her significant other Juan Loarca; her daughters, Emily Loarca, Haley Loarca, Pheebe Loarca and Mehlia Clayton; her siblings, Karen English, Barbara and George Brown Jr.; her siblings' children, Niki, Rosa, Brandi, Selena, Aaliyah, Katrina, Kaitlyn, Kala, Kimberly, Merlin, Joshua Brown, Joaquin, Travis and Dillon; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kiarrah, Empathy, Azalea, Elianna, Khloee, Saylee, Wyatt and Alexander.
