He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Tami Myers (Anthony) of Jackson, TN and Marshall Brown (Kristy) of Rogers, AR; his grandchildren, Allie Myers of Jackson, TN, Ethan Brown of Rogers, AR, Tate Myers (Lexi) of Jackson, TN, Griffin Brown (Briana) of Chicago, IL and Tyson Brown of Rogers, AR; and his sister Marilyne Brooks (Karl) of Montrose, CO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a countless number of friends.

Memorial gifts in honor of Dale may be made to Green Valley Bible Camp in Rogers, AR, or to Truth for Today World Mission School in Searcy, AR.
