He is survived by: his fiancée Judie Allen; his children, Cindal Barnes Spoon of Texas, James Spoon of Fort Smith and Jessica Spoon of Missouri; and his siblings, Debbie Spoon of Fort Smith, Tim Spoon (Roslyn) of Ozark and Rock Spoon of Fort Smith.
