He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hershel Howard Gordey, Sr. and Delpha Nadine Gordey (Wharton); his brothers, Howard, Robie and Wilburn Gordey; his wife Donna Jean Gordey (Haney); his children, Angela Conn (Danny Conn, Jr.) and Darrell Gordey Jr. (Carol); his grandchildren, Brittany Bishop (Michael), Danny Conn III (Kema), Darrell "Tre" Gordy III and Brady Conn; his great grandchildren, Caiden Storm, Easton Rayne, Brailey Grace, Brittany Michelle, Ares Jaxon and Thea Mae; and his brother-in-law John Haney (Connie). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
