He is survived by: his father Ivan Blazic (Mary Lou); his wife Cathy; his siblings, Perry Blazic (Patti), Brent Blazic, Wayne Blazic (Gail) and Katarina Nechvatal (Shaun); his children, Nick Blazic (Mari) and Kylie Musgraves (Matt); and his grandchildren, Baker and Brooks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
