He is survived by: his mother Rubie Ann Bernard (Trisler) of Fort Smith; his wife Cindy Bernard (Estes) of Fort Smith; his children, Johnny Horn of Fort Smith, Larry Horn of Lindsey and Ashley Hilburn of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Colton, Camden, Cashton and Riverlyn Horn; and his children, Keagan, Khylie and Korabella Hilburn.
