He is survived by: his children, Marcus Chestnut (Madison) and Tyren Chestnut; his siblings, Clara Jeffries, Castillo Chestnut, Andrew Chestnut, Douglas Chestnut, Arnold Cook, Mercia Embry, Tamecca Jackson (Joseph), Elaine Buckley, Joan Minor (Larry), Tadareo Thomas, Ursula Taylor, Susan Burns and Andre Wimbush; his aunts and uncles, Monte Cook, Lloyd Anderson, Luther Wilson, Georgia Pollard, Patricia Murray, Nacola Auston, Viola Williams and Shirley Wilson; and his grandchildren, Mavery and Maverick Chestnut.
