He was predeceased by: his parents, A. C. Perceful and Daisy Sarah Ann Perceful (Banning); his wife Lestene Perceful (Edwards); and his brother Ace Perceful. He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Elliott (Cody) of Fort Smith; his siblings, Cheryl Hofer (Richard) of Van Buren and Larry Perceful of Rockwall, Texas; and his granddaughter Caitlin Teague (Isaac) of Fort Smith.
