L., Sandy, Chrystal, Ashlie, Nikki and Austin; her great grandchildren, Kamron, Hunter, Catie, Jacob, Kielee, Leelan, Rylie, Conner, Taylor, Brooklyn and Brayden; and her sister Kathy Coffman of Springfield, Missouri..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904).
