She is survived by: her sons, Chris Mantooth (Sara Johnson) of Fort Smith and Adam Mantooth of Fort Smith; her siblings, Patricia De Falcon, Lore Valdez of Florida and John Lenzie of Tannersville, PA.; and her granddaughter Lily Ebel of Fort Smith.
