She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Gilbert and Betty Gilbert; her grandmother Martha Gilbert; her brother Paul Gilbert; her brother-in-law Charles Miller; and her uncles, Micheal Weiche and Bud Weiche.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Warren; her son Chad Warren; her daughter-in-law Laura; her grandchildren, Ruby Rae and Charley Warren; her son Seth Warren; her daughter-in-law Chloe; her grandson Holden Warren; and her sisters, Susan Enloe (Charles), Kim Clemmer (Larry) and Jody Weiche-LaFleur (Alan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haven Heights Baptist Church (7701 US-271, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Haven Heights Youth Group in Donna's memory.
