She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond R. Small and Shirley Dee Small (Nicelonger). She is survived by: her daughter Venus Mandery of Van Buren; her close friend Tara Tarrant of Fort Smith; her grandsons, Joshua Smith and Justin Carter; and her great grandchildren, Autumn Smith, Kylie, Chloe, Austin Wisely, Summer Stoltz and Aden Stoltz.
