He is survived by: his wife Leona Carter; his sons, Casey Carter (Rachel) of Van Buren and Chris Carter (Angela) of Celina, TX; and his grandchildren, Isaac Carter (Tessa), Gabriel Carter, Gracie Carter, Kaylee Carter, Seth Carter, Kane Carter and Owen Carter.
