She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Elmer Carter and Flora Isabelle Hicks Carter; her former husband Reverend Roy Gean Law; her husband Paul Harvey Williams; and her sister Evelyn Annette Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Law (Liz) of Huntsville and Barry Law (Gini) of Fort Smith; her stepchildren, Paula Patrick (Jackie) of Ozark, Arkansas, Mike Williams (Teresa) of Ozark and David Williams of Ozark; her sisters, Suzanne Eoff of Fort Worth and Martha Falkner of Washington, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Brittany Reano (Jared), Zachary Law (Lauren), Victoria Campbell (Greg), Cameron Law and Evan Law; and her great grandchildren, Lawson Reano, Carter Law, Allison Campbell and Walker Campbell. She is also survived by eleven step great grandchildren; and one great-great step grandchild.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (2301 Midland Blvd, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery (1603 W Main St, Ozark, AR 72949).
