With solemn reverence, we commemorate Elizabeth Riggs of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Talihina, Oklahoma, whose life came to an end on September 22, 2025 at the age of 18, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her aunt Paula Riggs; and her uncle Patrick Riggs. She is survived by: her parents, Bret Riggs (Mary Gill) and Michael Riggs (Anna Snyder); her siblings, Michael Riggs II, Nathan Gill (Nataleigh), Dillyann, Dalton Bittle, Morgen Blankinchip (Stephen), Cassady Faulkner (Jon), Cayton Malone Billie (Ben) and Alexandria Riggs; and her grandmothers, Mary Ruth Gill and Ruth Ann Shelby.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Midland Heights Church (3500 N 6th St, Fort Smith, AR 72904).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Midland Heights Church.
