He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Godwin (Benjamin Poteet) of Nashville and Kenleigh Godwin (Dalton Bettencourt) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his stepson Blake Kukar of Somerville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Vickie Wright (Roy) of Fayetteville, Arkansas and James Godwin of Macon, Georgia..
