He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Peters and Lela Peters; his brothers, Cosma, Clyde and James Peters; and his sisters-in-law, Ella Jo Peters and Sybil Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Reba; and his children, Jodie (John) and Gary (Shannon). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
