He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Daniel DeViney Jr. and Flora Madeline DeViney (Lewis). He is survived by: his sister Lisa Smith (Lonnie); his nephew Matthew (Makayla Smith); and his great-nephews, Kamdyn and Krew Smith.
