She is survived by: her children, Michele Cavanaugh of Fort Smith, Danny Cavanaugh of Ozark and Jack Cavanaugh of Tulsa; and her siblings, Naomi House of Bolivar, MO, Annabelle Rapier of Fort Smith and Fred Walden (Ann) of Roseville, CA.
