He is survived by: his girlfriend Debra Glenn; his children, Maria Crossno of Fort Smith, AR, Randy Looper of Gulfport, MS, Amanda Parks of Poteau, OK, Josh Burnett of Fort Smith, AR, Rebecca Orellana of Van Buren, AR and Jacob Burnett of Fort Smith, AR.; his grandchildren, Micheal, Latesha, Glen, Dylan, Aerial, Donovan, Hunter, Chris, Andrew, Katelyn, Seth, Mia, Kristina and Destiny; his great grandchildren, Dawson and Nolan; and his sisters, Kathy Freeman, Rosa Scott Looper and Kim Cummings. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
