She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil E. Dickson; her parents, Forest Carter and Mildred Carter (Nelson); and her brother Forest Wayne Carter. She is survived by: her children, Gayle Newman (Mike) of Fort Smith, Frances Sanabria of Muldrow, Oklahoma and Joe Dickson (Maricruz) of Fort Smith; her brothers, Edwin Carter (Cathy) of Redman and James Carter (Betty) of Dallas, Texas; and her sister-in-law Lorie Carter of Huntington. She is also survived by Ten Grandchildren and Four great grandchildren.
