He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Hank Autrey Jr. (Bruce) of Fort Smith, Joshua Autrey (Kara) of Fayetteville, AR. and Shannon Autrey Forte of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his siblings, Sherry Maggard and Melvin Autrey; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Burrows and Ronnie Ferrari; and his grandsons, Spencer, Noah Autrey and Harris Forte.
